The search for a technical entity that would reflect the dreams, ambitions, and principles of its founding members led, in 1996, to the creation of the company N. Fotiadis – Gr. Vlachos O.E., under the trade name F ERGON.
In the years that followed, the steady growth of the company and its positive financial results created the need for corporate evolution. Thus, in 2006 the company was transformed into a S.A. (Société Anonyme), while simultaneously relocating to its new privately-owned offices in the Charilaou area, at 1 I. P. Karatassiou Street.
From its foundation, the company joined the broad spectrum of businesses in the technical sector. What we believe sets us apart, however, is our philosophy, principles, and the high standards we set for every project.
Our goal and ambition have always been, and continue to be, the conception, design, management, and execution of technical projects through a more scientific and less commercial approach. For many years, the technical-construction sector relied primarily on experience and less on systematic, scientific methods. Through our work, we aim to challenge this practice and contribute to shaping a modern, technocratic mindset within the industry.
Despite the difficulties brought by the global economic crisis, particularly within the construction sector over the past decade, our company has managed to maintain its activity, remaining faithful to its core values: honesty, responsibility, and consistency towards our clients and partners.
The company is staffed by scientifically trained and professionally established associates, ensuring comprehensive solutions at every stage of a project.
In recent years, younger engineers have also joined our team who, under the guidance of the more experienced members, form the new generation of the company. Our aim is to combine the freshness and creativity of younger professionals with the experience and accumulated knowledge of the senior staff.

Our Team
Nikos Fotiadis (Civil Engineer, AUTH), founder of F-ERGON, has many years of experience in the design and execution of technical projects, with a consistent focus on quality, scientific methodology, and responsibility towards the client.
Grigoris Vlachos (Civil Engineer, AUTH), founder of F-ERGON, is responsible for the company’s strategic direction and project management. With experience and vision, he contributes to the development of a scientifically grounded and high-quality construction practice.
Pavlos Fotiadis (Spatial Planning & Development Engineer, AUTH / Property Appraiser) is part of the new generation at F-ERGON, bringing fresh energy, enthusiasm, and modern technical expertise. He actively participates in the design and supervision of projects, contributing to the company’s development and modernization.
