The building is located at the corner of Filodimou 8 and Polyviou 46 streets, in the Toumba area of Eastern Thessaloniki. The plot has an almost square shape, measuring approximately 10x10 meters. The street of Istorikou Polyviou is perpendicular to Lambraki Avenue. Together with Filodimou Street, they have a width about 7–8 meters wide with front gardens (setbacks) of around 2.5–3 meters. The two adjacent buildings are four and five stories high, constructed along the shared property lines.
The building consists of:
- A basement level, used for storage spaces
- A ground floor (pilotis) including the building entrance and parking spaces with access from Polyviou and Filodimou streets
- Seven upper floors, featuring a total of six apartments
Regarding the materials used on the facades, the combination of exposed concrete, glass, synthetic window frames, and stainless steel elements aims to create a timeless aesthetic and long-lasting durability.
Finally, the building has been designed according to the latest Energy Performance Building Regulations, ensuring the construction of a well-insulated thermal envelope and achieving a high energy efficiency class.
