The building is located at 68 Istorikou Polyviou Street, in the Toumba area, just 350 meters from Grigoriou Lambraki Street. Within a 300-meter radius, there is a public primary school as well as several commercial stores. The area is mainly residential, and one of the key advantages of its location is the short distance from the nearest exit to the Ring Road—only 800 meters or about two minutes by car.
