Renovation Project: Q-cert

In the Expansion Area of Pylaia, on Maria Callas Street 5-7, which connects the main Marinos Antypas Avenue with the area where PAOK’s Sports Center is located, lies an elongated plot with a north–south orientation, totaling 2,042m². On the plot stands a rectangular two-storey building with a ground floor, covering a total area of approximately 1,000m², which previously operated as a sportswear and footwear retail store.

The existing building will undergo extensive renovation works to change its use from a commercial property to office space. Upon completion, it will host the new headquarters of the certification company Q-cert. The redesigned building will meet the company’s functional and operational needs while emphasizing aesthetics through a carefully planned interior layout and a detailed study of furniture and exterior materials.

Specifically, the renovation works will include:

• Wall coverings with porcelain tiles
• Wood wall claddings
• Vinyl flooring
• Double-leaf fire-resistant door, fully equipped
• Double thermal-insulated glazing
• Plasterboard false ceilings
• Canopy roof with polycarbonate sheets
• Wall paint finishes
• WC sets
• Kitchen sink and faucet
• Plumbing and drainage for WC and kitchen
• Electrical installations
